How can I return my order?

You are able to return your order for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY! We do not offer refunds at this time.  Please see our policy here.

I made a mistake on my address?

Please email us as soon as possible with the correct address and we will update your order.

I made a mistake on my order. How do I fix it?

Please email us as soon as possible.  We will do our best to accommodate you and fix your order.  However, we can not guarantee that item will still be available.

I forgot something. Can I add to my order?

Unfortunately, you can not add to your order.  You will need to place another order.

I received a damaged item.  What do I do?

Please email us as soon as possible and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability and get this problem resolved.
